After a long history of loyal dedication by Delta Beta House Associations managing the property throughout the years, the board finds member donations are needed to help mitigate the ongoing financial impact of the pandemic.

The house has been closed for the first semester of the 2020-2021 school year, thus no income has been received as usual as when the women are living in. With typical expenses of $75,000.00 annually for maintaining and managing the structure, and unforeseen expenses that will occur, a minimum fundraising goal of $100,000.00 has been set.
